The interest shown by the Real Estate Agents globally in the India properties have led to mushrooming of property dealers in India. The turnaround was imminent especially due to aggressive marketing strategies by the financial institutions and retail investors.

Experts opine that the reason for such a spurt in real estate business is socio-economic. On the one hand, the urban living offers better amenities and job opportunities. And on the other, the rural landowners see it as an opportunity to cash in on. There is an overall boom in the real estate sector in India.

The job opportunities for the young in sunrise industries like BPOs and IT mean better paying capacity of an average Indian. Add to this – the easier home loan in India, being provided by the mushrooming financial institutions – and you have an ideal scenario for a real estate boom.

The Bull Run in the real sector is also attributed to the similar success story in the Indian stock market. The bourses in the Bombay Stock Exchange have rallied around the strong fundamentals shown by the astute Indian economic policy. While the commercial properties have shown an upward trend thanks to the opening up of FDI in the retail sector and, obviously, the IT growth in the country, the residential properties have also shown a northwards trend of growth. The general perception of real estate agents in the country and outside has been bullish for quite some time now even after the recent correction in the stock market.

The expert property watchers are of the firm view that the recent positive trend is not a bubble, which can be verified from the fact that new records are being created with regular ease everywhere.
