1) Residential
Omaxe has ventured into quality construction projects in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttaranchal and Uttar Pradesh. 27 projects are currently in various stages of planning and construction. The Forest in Faridabad stands out among the verdant environs of the Forest Zone and Aravallis in Faridabad, with the Badhal Lake in the neighborhood.

The Forest, Noida is Omaxe’s most exclusive project yet, set on 325 acres of land with only 25% of it covered by 105 apartments.

2) Commercial

Retail: Omaxe has been instrumental in building some of the magnificent edifices that dot the urban business landscape of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. Some of its projects are the Omaxe Mall on Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Omaxe Business Plaza in Gurgaon, and the Omaxe Arcade in Greater Noida. The company has been a first of sorts in introducing the ‘theme mall’ concept to India. The wedding malls in Patiala and Agra and the ‘house to home’ mall in Gurgaon have added a new dimension to shopping.

Hospitality: Omaxe is setting a trend with its mall-cum-hotel projects to ensure a captive footfall for the shop owners and a convenience to hotel occupants. Optimum utilization of commercial space has been made in the Omaxe Citadel in Jasola which will combine a hotel, office and mall. The Omaxe Connaught Place in Greater Noida meanwhile, will house a luxury hotel within the premises to cater to corporates in the vicinity.

As per latest developments, Omaxe also intends to develop five hotels. Three of these would be located in Greater Noida, Amritsar and Patiala, while one hotel would be established in the Omaxe City, Lucknow. Surajkund has also been sighted for a hotel project, for which a tie-up with an Israeli firm has already been initiated.

3) SEZ
Omaxe has obtained in-principle approval for a multi-product Special Economic Zone in Rajasthan stretching over 15,000 acres.
