Parsvanth in India's Real Estate Growth

Residential
In the residential segment, Parsvnath has an incredible range and the element of exclusivity, both in design and living style, which speak of discerning taste. It has come up with condominiums, apartments & penthouses that provide clean, refreshing and pollution free environment to its residents as well as house maintenance facilities, centralized communication system and round the clock security.

It has also played a major role in the contribution of Noida real estate as the next commercial hub close to Delhi with its planned commercial, industrial and residential growth.  Parsvnath offers fully developed socio-economic infrastructure in the neighborhood and an excellent choice of affordable lifestyle.  It has selected a tract of prime property in the north, 10 acres of virgin territory.

Office space
In their search for more office space and their bid to save costs, a number of IT companies have been shifting work to Tier III cities. With a well-diversified geographical presence and relatively low-cost land in non-metro cities, Parsvnath appears well placed to capitalize on this expansion in office-space demand and consequent residential space requirement

Retail
Retail Stores/ Malls now being planned have the advantage of stocking and tastefully displaying a large variety of branded and non branded products and offer goods at extremely competitive prices. Parsvnath conducts changes in customer needs and buying patterns and their latest offering is designed to meet the future needs of both investors and customers.

The growth plans of various national and international brand  point to mall stores being the current flavor to supplement  the shopping experience with quality entertainment facilities and uninhibited by closing hours syndrome. The new malls that are being proposed come under the category of "highway malls".

To reap the benefits of the sweeping retail boom in the country, Parsvnath Developers have forged an innovative alliance with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to construct Metro malls along the metro tracks. The B.O.T arrangement with the DMRC envisages construction of five malls along the railway tracks.

The Parsvnath Metro malls will have the advantage of strategic location and massive footfall.
They will provide the convenience of shopping and excellent returns resulting in short pay back period as well as lower project outlays.

Hotels
Hotels are a new business vertical for Parsvnath Developers Limited. Since tourism requires more infrastructure facilities, like roads and modes of transportation, better air connectivity & best accommodation, good hotels in a major way, promote tourism.

They are directing their efforts towards developing world-class hotels with contemporary design, in collaboration with their International Management & Operating partners, which would provide finest level of accommodation & hospitality experience in business & leisure segment.

In first phase of development, 14-15 Hotels & mixed-use projects, located in different parts of the country have been planned. The décor & ambience would revolve around the theme of "Enlightened Stay".

The designated cities are New Delhi, Chandigarh, Mohali, Cochin, Shirdi, Goa, Jodhpur, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Lucknow. The upcoming hotels would be in Ranchi, Ujjain & Indore. These Hotels would be located on prime sites and apart from offering stylish accommodation, it will have multiple restaurants, bar & leisure facility at most of the locations.

The company is also looking at the business of Service Apartments. They are already in a process of executing their first Serviced Apartment complex in Bhiwadi, which will be the future
of NCR’s Commercial Township.

Parsvnath had recently bagged a township project at Chandigarh viz., Rajiv Gandhi Integrated Township from the Chandigarh Housing Board This project envisages development of an integrated township on 123.79 acres which will house everything from residential, commercial, studio/service apartments, open spaces,  to parks, roads, commercial parking, sports complex and recreation club.

SEZ
Parsvnath has obtained "in-principle" approvals for the development of special economic zones (SEZs) at various locations across India.

These include Kancheepuram (Tamil Nadu), Dehradun (Uttaranchal), Indore (Madhya Pradesh), Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Sonepat (Haryana), Moradabad and Agra (Uttar Pradesh), Pune (Maharashtra) for multi-product, IT, bio-tech, food processing, handicrafts, leather and leather products, automotive components, gems and jewellery, etc.

Owing to the income tax benefits, the lower cost of exporting from India from a SEZ, the company is taking on the role of a developer to operate and maintain the SEZ, to create world class infrastructure for the processing units.
