Hotels are a new business vertical for Parsvnath Developers Limited. Since tourism requires more infrastructure facilities, like roads and modes of transportation, better air connectivity & best accommodation, good hotels in a major way, promote tourism.

They are directing their efforts towards developing world-class hotels with contemporary design, in collaboration with their International Management & Operating partners, which would provide finest level of accommodation & hospitality experience in business & leisure segment.

In first phase of development, 14-15 Hotels & mixed-use projects, located in different parts of the country have been planned. The décor & ambience would revolve around the theme of "Enlightened Stay".

The designated cities are New Delhi, Chandigarh, Mohali, Cochin, Shirdi, Goa, Jodhpur, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Lucknow. The upcoming hotels would be in Ranchi, Ujjain & Indore. These Hotels would be located on prime sites and apart from offering stylish accommodation, it will have multiple restaurants, bar & leisure facility at most of the locations.

The company is also looking at the business of Service Apartments. They are already in a process of executing their first Serviced Apartment complex in Bhiwadi, which will be the future
of NCR’s Commercial Township.

With quality construction and timely delivery as its important feature in its building infrastructure projects, Parsvnath Developers Ltd. has bagged construction contracts of numerous projects i.e. residential, hotel, condominium, specialty building, road, infrastructure and turnkey projects etc.  It also plans to foray into InfoTech, Departmental Stores, Amusement Parks, Exports and Imports.

Parsvnath had recently bagged a township project at Chandigarh viz., Rajiv Gandhi Integrated Township from the Chandigarh Housing Board This project envisages development of an integrated township on 123.79 acres which will house everything from residential, commercial, studio/service apartments, open spaces,  to parks, roads, commercial parking, sports complex and recreation club.

Parsvnath has obtained "in-principle" approvals for the development of special economic zones (SEZs) at various locations across India.

These include Kancheepuram (Tamil Nadu), Dehradun (Uttaranchal), Indore (Madhya Pradesh), Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Sonepat (Haryana), Moradabad and Agra (Uttar Pradesh), Pune (Maharashtra) for multi-product, IT, bio-tech, food processing, handicrafts, leather and leather products, automotive components, gems and jewellery, etc.

Owing to the income tax benefits, the lower cost of exporting from India from a SEZ, the company is taking on the role of a developer to operate and maintain the SEZ, to create world class infrastructure for the processing units. It also hopes to create separate entities for the business, residential, recreational or utility facilities.
